My name is Aneta Dobrotková, I’m 18 year old and this was my first youth exchange. This project was a totally new thing for me, but not last, I hope. Option to be here brought me new experiences, enjoyment and friendships. I really liked the main idea of the project, cause I’m really into good nutrition, healthly lifestyle and physical activities.
I learnt new informations about additives in food and how important is to connect mental and physical being. Cultural nights of different countries were really interesting and it made me want to visit them all! Some mornings started with gentle yoga and stretches and anothers were energic with dancing. I really liked idea of spanish yoga also.
This experience improved my english, I’m better at discussion, have new skills as organisation and I had opportunity to travel by plane for the first time too. I’m so glad I could be part of this project.
